Hi everyone! I just had the most incredible weekend!  I joined the Tradeaholics Team on Etsy a couple of months ago after a member requested trading their goods for my jewelry.  Well, I just participated in their weekend Trade and Stay (TnS) event and it was the best thing ever for my shop!  I went from 16 sales (8 were already trades) to 43 and counting!!! I also increased my feedback numbers. 

Here's how it worked:

During the three days, team members convo'ed each other to request trades and the entire event was tracked in the Promotions thread forum.  The shop with the most trades wins donated prizes.  Not only did I clear my inventory, but I "bought" a ton of holiday gifts and fun stuff for myself.

My suggestion is that we hold our own TnS event.  I was planning to do all of my holiday shopping on Etsy anyway and this way we can support fellow D-Listers!

Any interest?  I am still feeling the trading frenzy and on cloud nine from moving a ton of my items (and getting fun stuff in return)!
