I tried to go into message board...
and was told I wasn't a member?? Is it different to this forum?

Yes. This way, only members are able to access the information. You are approved now though. I check throughout the day to approve people.

I am confused about how many different boards, groups and forums there are.
I just tried to join the ning board but it says my name and shop address are blank even though they aren't.
I use for phone for web access so it's verrrry frustrating.

I am a little confused. 
Are we still using the one on Etsy for October? Will the new board replace this board? I am trying to make sure I keep up with everything. Are we still going to have weekly meeting? Thanks for your help in advance. And another question, I am new to facebook how do you find your link to add to your profile is it just facebook.com/your name?

We are moving everything to the new boards at www.etsydlist.ning.com. You have to sign up for access. On facebook, are you looking for your personal or business profile?

I will keep the etsy thread open in addition to the ning message board. I know there are some that didn't feel comfy going on the board for whatever reason so I gave them the opportunity to post and participate on the etsy thread. Do whichever you want, but as i've said before, all the information that we post is posted in the message board.
